• Free shipping is available when you spend over a set amount - the threshold depends on your location and will be shown at checkout.
• Shipping times and costs will also be clearly displayed at checkout, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before you place your order.

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date on full-priced items.

• You can request a return or exchange for any full-price product.
  
• If there’s an issue with your order, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving it so we can help.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change shipping addresses or cancel orders (except pre-orders) once they’ve been placed.

Our fulfilment partner processes orders quickly; often within 60 minutes, which means they’re already on their way before changes can be made.

If you choose to refuse delivery of your Couture Coastal order, the package will be returned to us by the courier. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the item(s) minus any shipping charges, return fees, or customs duties incurred. Please note that refusing delivery may cause delays in processing your refund, so we recommend accepting the parcel and following our standard returns process for a smoother experience.

We make all of our clothing in the UK.

All orders will be shipped from the UK, to worldwide locations.

We work with a third party logistics expert, which means that we have access to their highly developed warehouse facilities - giving us greater clarity on order status and stock positions. Ultimately, we will be able to provide you with a better service level as a result.

We hand make our clothing using high quality fabrics. The majority of our range is made with double layered fabric. This is a technique that we have developed where we use two layers of fabric in most of our garments. This creates a figure supportive fit and also avoids the fabric from being see-through or sagging.   

We have developed our size chart based on the stretch in our fabric and the way that our clothing is made. Our size chart will give you a fitted look. 

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
